Step 1: Lay out the frames.
- Unpack all parts: Lay the top frame, bottom frame, and side frames on a clean, flat surface.
- Position the top and bottom frames: Place the top and bottom frames parallel to each other on a horizontal surface.
Step 2: Attach the frame connectors
Attach a frame connector to one end of the frame where the fabric is attached, then secure the second connector to the other end.
Step 3: Connect the frames
Connect all the frames by attaching the fabric and side frame to the upper and lower frames.
Step 4: Tighten the cords
Pull one slider down inside the frame and push the other slider up to securely tighten the cords.
Four simple steps for installing your blackout blinds
Step 1: Divide the foam tape
Divide the provided foam tape into two equal parts.
Step 2: Remove the protective film from the foam tape
Peel back the protective film from the foam tape to expose the adhesive side.
Step 3: Apply the foam tape
Apply the foam tape to all four sides of your guard. Make sure all sides are completely covered, with no gaps.
Step 4: Install and test the blinds
Insert the blinds into the window recess. Test the blinds by pulling the fabric frame to the left.
